While she isn't on Etsy as far as I know, I would highly recommend http://www.smashingjewels.com/ . She is a DC-area jewelry maker who sells at markets and in local shops. I own MANY of her necklaces and have given many necklaces and bracelets of hers as gifts. Everyone has loved the gifts and I get tons of compliments from friends/coworkers when I wear my pieces. Hi Candace!
I purchased a mother-of-pearl flower pendant on a pearl chain this
past Sat at Courthouse. I wore it all weekend and today to work and
have received a million compliments on it! I love it! Thank you! I
think it is now my favorite piece of jewelry (except for my engagement
